By accessing this site or engaging Ascend Commerce Digital, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide website design, SEO, digital marketing, and related growth services. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate written agreement per engagement.
Payment
Setup fees are billed upfront. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Late payments may pause services until resolved.
Intellectual property
Final deliverables transfer to you upon full payment. We retain rights to underlying tools, frameworks, and reusable components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Setup work is non-refundable once started.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
